This type of yoga is known as the yoga awareness and includes movement, breath, mudras (hand positions to direct energy), mantra (chanting sacred sounds), and meditation practices.

Everything is vibration. Ancient cultures have understood the power of sound and vibration for thousands of years. It helps calm brain waves in safe and gentle ways. This allows one to experience peace, relaxation & connection to Self and inner wisdom.
Kundalini Meditations
Kundalini Meditations help people release physical and mental blocks, while building strength and stamina. Meditations also help balance the nervous system, achieve mental clarity and better sleep. There’s actual science to all of this and these are just some of the benefits of practicing kundalini meditations. A must-try!
